Privacy Policy

A legal disclaimer

Last updated: July 3, 2025

VitroTech Glass (“VitroTech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. By visiting vitrotechglass.earth (the “Site”) or using our glazing and window repair services (the “Services”), you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We gather several types of information to provide and improve our Services. Identifiers such as your name, postal address, email address, and phone number are collected when you fill out web forms, request a quote, schedule through our online calendar, or call us directly. We also retain commercial information, for example, records of your service history, quotes, invoices, and payment status, generated throughout the ordering and customer-support process.

When you browse the Site, we automatically receive certain internet or network activity data, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how long you stay on them; these details are captured through cookies, web beacons, and server log files. Your approximate geolocation may be inferred from your IP address and analytics tools, helping us understand regional interest in our Services. For transactions, our PCI-compliant payment processor collects payment details; we only see limited data such as the last four digits of your card and the transaction ID - full card numbers are never stored on our systems.

VitroTech Glass does not intentionally solicit or store sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers or medical data). If you believe you have inadvertently provided such details, please let us know so we can delete them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  1. Service Delivery: to provide quotes, schedule appointments, complete installations, and process payments.

  2. Customer Support: to respond to inquiries, warranty requests, or service issues.

  3. Site Improvement: to analyze website usage, troubleshoot performance, and enhance user experience.

  4. Marketing: to send appointment reminders or promotional offers you have opted to receive. You can opt out at any time.

  5. Legal Compliance: to meet obligations under applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for monetary consideration.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixel tags, and local storage to:

  • Remember your preferences (e.g., service areas, form entries)

  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

  • Understand how visitors navigate the Site

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect Site functionality.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share personal information sparingly and only for specific purposes. To operate efficiently, we rely on trusted service providers, including payment processors, appointment-scheduling platforms, email-delivery vendors, and analytics partners, who receive only the data necessary to perform their tasks and are contractually bound to protect it. When work is performed on-site, vetted subcontractors may access your address and job details solely to complete the glazing or installation requested.

On occasion, we may disclose information to legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to defend our rights. Finally, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or other business transfer, customer information could be part of the transferred assets; if that happens, we will provide notice so you may review any new privacy practices.

VitroTech Glass never sells or rents your personal information for monetary consideration, and all third parties are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than the service they provide to us.

5. Your Privacy Rights

If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively “CCPA”) gives you specific rights:

  • Right to Delete: ask us to delete personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

  • Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: we do not sell data, but you may opt out of any future sharing for cross-context advertising.

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: not applicable as we do not collect sensitive data.
